CHAPTER 74.

AN ACT to Create a Metropolitan Sanitary District and Board
of Health Therein, for the preservation of Life and Health, and
to Prevent the Spread of Disease. Passed February 26, 1866,
three-fifths being present.

The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and
Assembly, do enact as follows:

§ 2.
