CHAPTER 56.

An Act to amend "The Municipal Boundaries Act."

IS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as

follows:

1. Chapter 118 of the Revised Statutes of Manitoba, 1902, being "The Municipal Boundaries Act," is hereby amended by adding the following section immediately after section 54 thereof:

MOSSY RIVER.

54A. The Rural Municipality of Mossy River shall comprise townships numbered twenty-nine, thirty and thirtyone, in ranges numbered seventeen, eighteen, nineteen and twenty west, and all that point known as "Red Deer Point," which extends northward into Lake Winnipegosis.

2. The Lieutenant-Governor-in-Council may by orderin-council:

(1) Specify the time for the holding of an election of the reeve and councillors for the said municipality of Mossy River;

(2) Divide the said municipality into suitable wards;

(3) Declare the number of councillors to be elected for each of such wards;

(4) Provide who shall be qualified electors for the purposes aforesaid;

(5) Appoint returning officers for the holding of the said election;

(6) Provide for all other necessary matters and things for the proper holding of the said election.

3. The Rural Municipality of Mossy River shall be cial District. deemed a municipality within the Central Judicial District.

4. Section 23 of the said Act is hereby repealed and the Kildonan refollowing substituted therefor:

The Rural Municipality of Kildonan shall comprise the Parish of Kildonan, except that portion thereof included within the limits of the City of Winnipeg, and shall include the north-west quarter of section numbered seven, the northwest quarter of section numbered eighteen and the southeast quarter of section numbered nineteen, all in township numbered eleven, in range numbered four east, and lot numbered one hundred and twenty of the Parish of St. Paul.

4. CHAPTER 59.

An Act to amend "The Municipal Boundaries Act."

39A. The Village of Stonewall shall comprise the northeast quarter of section twenty-five, the north half of the southeast quarter of section twenty-five, the south half and the south half of the north half of the southeast quarter of section thirty-six, the east half of the east half of legal subdivisions six, eleven and fourteen, all in section twenty-five, the cast half of the east half of legal sub-division three in section thirty-six, all in township thirteen and range one east of the principal meridian, in the Province of Manitoba; the west half of the northwest quarter of section thirty, legal sub-division five in section thirty, and legal sub-division four and the south half of legal sub-division five in section thirtyone, all in township thirteen and range two east of the principal meridian aforesaid, and the intersecting public high
