An Act to amend "The Municipal Boundaries Act."

HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

(4) Provide that the last revised municipal lists of electors for the respective territories comprised in the said municipalities shall be used at such elections.

HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as

"The Municipal Commissioner's Act," being chapter 119 of the Revised Statutes of Manitoba, 1902, is hereby amended by adding the following sub-section to section 16 thereof:
