ERRATUM. A strange error occurred in our February Number. In the article

" Towns on the Thames," it was stated, at p. 376, that, " years ago, when Oxford and Cambridge contended at Henley, one of the Cambridge crew was at the last moment taken ill. Oxford, strangely illiberal, declined to accept a substitute. Cambridge started with a crew of seven, and won the race.” The names should be reversed. The Cantabs were illiberal; the Oxonians victorious.-En. T. B.
