PROGRESS is still slow with the final and new trial list in the Court of Appeal, cases set down as long ago as. the beginning of January only just appearing in the daily cause list. In the King's Bench Division special jury actions entered in June last are nearly all disposed of, common jury actions set down in July are being heard but the non-jury list dates back to the beginning of June. By the end of the present sittings, however, the Nisi Prius lists should be brought right down to date, but we are afraid that the future outlook, so far as new business s concerned, is not very encouraging.
