The notice of the Nineteenth Reunion of the Society was as follows:

GentLEMEN:-The Nineteenth Annual Reunion of our Society will be held at Rock Island, I1., on Wednesday and Thursday, September 15th and 16th, 1886. The annual address to be delivered by General A. L. Chetlain. All arrangements for the meeting will be under the charge and direction of the following
