H CHAPTER .. An Act to amend the "Administration Act." [Assented to 21st December, 1923.] IS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as the "Administration Act Amendment Act, 1923." R.S.B.C. 1911, 1916, c. 2: 1917, cc. 1. 2; 1918, c. 1; 1919, c. 1; 1920, c. 1. 2. The "Administration Act," being chapter 4 of the "Revised Short title. Statutes of British Columbia, 1911," is amended by inserting the following in Part VII. as section 98A: "98A. The Creditors' Trust Deeds Act,' being chapter 13 of the Enacts s. 98A. 'Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1911,' which was repealed by the Obsolete Statutes Repeal Act, 1922,' shall, notwithstanding its repeal, stand good, and be read and construed as unrepealed, in so far, but in so far only, as is necessary to support, maintain, and give effect to the provisions of this Part."
