For that he is a rogue and vagabond within the intent and meaning of the statute made in the ninth year of the reign of his late majesty king George the second, intituled, An Act to amend and render more effectual the laws relating to rogues and vagabonds, &c. namely, a person of evil fame and a reputed thief, and for that he was apprehended in the said county on the day of with intent then and there to commit felony, against the statute, &c.
