The fifth annual convention of the International Association of Factory Inspectors convened in the Council Chamber, City Hall, at eleven o'clock A.M. President Rufus R. Wade, Chief Inspector of Massachusetts, called the convention to order. The first business being the calling of the roll of officers, the following were present: Rufus R. Wade, President.
