C. 1,800,000 00 $1,800,000 00 CHAPTER 2 An Act to extend the Time for Construction of H [Assented to February 4, 1920.] IS Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: time 1. Notwithstanding anything contained in chapter Extension of 7 of the statutes of 1915 as amended by section 39 of chapter 34 of the statutes of 1917 or in chapter 11 of the statutes of 1912 as amended by chapter 11 of the statutes of 1913, or in any other Act of the Legislature of Saskatchewan, or in any Order in Council issued under the provisions of any of the before mentioned Acts, for the purpose of releasing by the construction of railways and works balances standing in the name of the provincial treasurer of the proceeds of guaranteed securities issued by the Canadian Northern Railway Company or the Canadian Northern Saskatchewan Railway Company, the times for the commencement and completion of the various railways or works of the said companies in respect of which the guaranteed securities were issued and pledged and unexpended balances remain in the hands of the provincial treasurer as aforesaid are hereby respectively extended until one year after the date of the passing of this Act. 2.
