BE IT REMEMBERED, That on the twenty-fifth day of January, in the forty-first year of the independence of the United States of [SEAL.] America, John Forbes, of the said district, bath deposited in this office the title of a Book, the right whereof he claims as proprietor, in the words and figures following, to wit: "Letters on the Events of the Revolution in France: by Quis nescit primam esse historiæ legem, ne quid falsi dicere audeat, CICERO."
