"The Land Value Assessment Act, [Assented to, December 5th, 1900.] E it Enacted by the Governor, with the advice and consent of BE the Parliament of South Australia, as follows: 1. The definition of "ratepayer" in section 13 of the Land Definition of Value Assessment Act of 1893 is hereby repealed. "ratepayer" repealed. section 11. 2. Section 11 of the said Act shall be read and construed as if Amendment of the words "and at which at least one-half in number of ratepayers shall have voted" in the fourth and fifth lines had been omitted, and the following words inserted in lieu thereof-" and at which at least one-fourth in number of the ratepayers on the roll shall have voted affirming such proposition."
