properties and undertakings of the “ Adelaide and Suburban Tramway Company, Limited,” “The Adelaide, Unley, and Mitcham Tramway Company, Limited,” and the “Adelaide and Hindmarsh Tramway Company, Limited," with all their rights, powers, immunities, privileges, and concessions; to convert the system of traction into electrical traction; to make, alter, enlarge, and work the said undertakings, tramways, and tramlines; to sell the properties and undertakings to other companies and persons; to extend the time for purchase of the undertakings by the Government, and for other purposes.

[Assented to, August 7th, 1901.] DE it Enacted by the Governor, with the advice and consent of D the Parliament of South Australia, as follows:

1.
