Fuller, Id. 308. om EL DORT 9 0915 (a) Inconvenience having arisen in the law department of · his majesty's mint, from the neglect of immediate communica tion on the commitment of persons charged with offences relating to the coin, against whom it is wished the mint should adopt prosecutions, it is recommended that in all cases the commiting magistrate or his clerk do, without delay, transmit copies of the informations of such witnesses as are taken, together with every other particular in explanation of the evidence, to the office of the solicitor, that the same may be submitted to the Board of Mint Officers for their determination and directions, and in due course the result will be communicated.
