Let us pray. WE beseech thee, O Almighty God, that thy servant Victoria, our Queen, who thro' thy mercy hath undertaken the government of these realms, may also receive an increase of all virtues, wherewith being adorned, she may avoid the enormity of sin, vanquish her enemics and being rendered acceptable in thy sight, may come at length to thee, who art the way, the truth, and the life. O GOD, who in this wonderful sacrament hast left us a perpetual memorial of thy passion; grant us, we beseech thee, so to reverence the sacred mysteries of thy body and blood, as in our souls to be always sensible of the redemption thou hast purchased for us. Who livest, &c.
