PREFATORY NOTE

This volume contains the United States Supreme Court Rules, the Rules of Practice for the Courts of Equity in the United States, the Bankruptcy Rules of the Circuit Courts of Appeals, the Bankruptcy Rules of many of the District Courts, the texts of the various United States Bankruptcy Acts, the Canadian Bankruptcy Act, Rules and Forms with table of cases and index, a table of the cases cited in Vols. The Canadian Bankruptcy Act and Rules are exhaustively annotated. All Canadian cases to the end of Vol. 3 of the Canadian Bankruptcy Reports, Annotated, are included.
