How, of St. Louis, Missouri. All arrangements for the meeting will be entrusted to the following Captain A. H. Mattox, Secretary, Mitchell Building, Cincinnati. Which will give due and timely notice of its arrangements. Officers who have at any time served with credit in either the Army or Department of the Tennessee are entitled to membership, and are earnestly requested to attend. Members of kindred societies are cordially invited to participate. The wives and daughters of members and invited guests are by resolution of the Society entitled to seats at the banquet. L. M.
