Form of Lease for Railways, or of Encroachments in the Royal Forests. THESE ARE TO WITNESS, That, in consideration of the annual rent hereinafter reserved, the Commissioners of his Majesty's Woods, Forests, and Land Revenues, for and on behalf of his Majesty, and in exercise of the power given them in this behalf by an Act passed in the tenth year of the reign of his Majesty King George the Fourth, and intituled [here set forth the title of this act], do by these presents demise, lease, and to farm let, unto X. Y. of &c. his executors, administrators, and assigns, all [describe the parcels of land, &c.] to have and to hold the said [parcels] hereby demised, and all benefit and advantage thereto belonging, unto him the said X. Y., his executors, administrators, and assigns, for and during the term of years from the day of last, [or from the day of the date of these presents, or during the natural lives of [naming them] and the lives and life of the survivors and survivor of them] yielding and paying for the same, by half-yearly payments, on the day of in each year, to his Majesty, his heirs and successors, the annual rent or sum of the first half-yearly payment of the said annual next. 2. An act for continuing to his Majesty for one year certain duties on personal estates, offices, and pensions, in England, for the service of the year 1829.

3. An act for applying certain sums of money for the service of the year 1829.

4. An act for raising the sum of twelve millions by Exchequer bills, for the service of the year 1829.

5. An act for the regulating of his Majesty's Royal Marine forces while on shore.

6. An act for punishing mutiny and desertion, and for the better payment of the army and their quarters.

12. An act to indemnify such persons, in the United Kingdom, aş have omitted to qualify themselves for offices and employments, and for extending the time limited for those purposes respectively until the 25th March, 1830.

25. An act to provide for the better management of the affairs of Greenwich Hospital.

This act, which was passed in order to assimilate the law of Ireland in this respect to that of England, is the same as cap.31 of last session.

58. An act to repeal an act of the parliament of Ireland, of the

ninth year of the reign of Queen Anne, "for uniting several parishes, and building several parish churches in more convenient places," so far as relates to the parishes of Oran and Drumtemple, in the diocese of Elphin.

59. An act to amend an act of the seventh year of his present majesty, for consolidating the trusts of the several turnpike roads in the neighbourhood of the Metropolis, north of the River Thames, and to make and maintain two new or branch roads to communicate with the said Metropolis roads.

60. An act for raising the sum of £13,438,800 for the service of the year 1829, and to appropriate the supplies granted in this session of parliament.

61. An act to amend an act of the seventh year of his present Majesty, for extending to Charing Cross, the Strand, and places adjacent, the powers of an act for making a more convenient communication from Mary-le-bone Park.
