HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislature of Quebec, enacts as follows:

1. The act 32 Victoria, chapter 3, is amended by striking out the words "or of the Dominion," wherever they may be found in section 4 thereof.

2. The provisions of sections 1, 2 and 3 of the act 47 Victoria, chapter 2, shall apply to the members of the Legislative Council.

3. This act shall come into force on the day of its sanction

An Act respecting the Law Officers of the Crown.

ER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislature of Quebec, enacts as follows:

1. The Law Officers of the Crown in the Province of Quebec are the Attorney General and Solicitor General; they are the recognized officers of the Crown referred to in article 19 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

2. Section two of the act 45 Victoria, chapter 2, is 2, amended. amended by adding thereto, after the words "the Attorney General," the following, "the Solicitor General."
