51 Geo. 3. c.99. by the authority of the same, that in order to entitle any person to vote at an election for a member of parliament, in respect of land-tax so purchased as aforesaid, it shall not be necessary to have the same or any memorial of the contract or certificate of the purchase thereof registered, as other fee-farm rents and annuities, or a memorial of the grant thereof, are required entitle to vote by law to be registered before any person can vote for electing a member of parliament in respect thereof.
