24. Rule 22 of the County Court (Registration Appeals) Rules, 1918, (a) shall be annulled.

We, the undersigned persons appointed by the Lord Chancellor pursuant to section one hundred and sixty-four of the County Courts Act, 1888, (b) and section twenty-four of the County Courts Act, 1919, (c) to frame Rules and Orders for regulating the practice of the Courts and forms of proceedings therein, having by virtue of the powers vested in us in this behalf framed the foregoing Rules, do hereby certify the same under our hands and submit them to the Lord Chancellor accordingly.
