gion and Learning, to enlarge the Powers of making and altering Statutes and Regulations now possessed by the University of Oxford and the Colleges thereof, and to make and enable to be made further Provision for the Government and for the Extension of the said University, and for the Abrogation of Oaths now taken therein, and otherwise for main
