(1) All sums gra From moneys to cre E, Your Majesty's Most Dutiful and Loyal Subjects, the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in Parliament assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted Your Majesty in this Session of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the Sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore most humbly beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted: And be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows (that is to say) : 1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act, 1927-28. From the Trust Fun Penny, moneys. 2. From moneys to credit of the Trust Fund, the sum of One Hundred and Seventeen Thousand One Hundred and Eleven Pounds. From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund, the sum of Three Million Two Hundred and Four Thousand Four Hundred and Nine Pounds. From the Public Account for Advance to Treasurer the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pounds. 3. (1) All sums granted by this Act, and the Acts Appropriation of mentioned in Schedule A to this Act, towards making good supplies. the Supply granted to His Majesty, that is to say: From the Consolidated Revenue Fund the sum of Six Million Three Hundred and Fifty-four Thousand and Eighty-nine Pounds. From moneys to credit of the Trust Fund the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand One Hundred and Eleven Pounds. From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund the sum of Four Million Eight Hundred and Twenty-nine Thousand Four Hundred and Nine Pounds. From the Public Account for Advance to Treasurer the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pounds, and Schedule A. Treasurer.
