The Right Honourable the Lords of the Com.
mittee of Privy Council for Trade and Plantations
have received, through the Secretary of State for
Foreign Affairs, a copy of a Despa from Her
Majesty's Consul at Bordeaux, announcing that
all vessels arriving at the port of Pauillac, at the
mouth of the river Gironde, are required to hoist
a yellow flag, which is to be kept flying until the
vessel has been reported to the sanitary authority
