An Act for the raising of a sum of money on the credit of

the Colony for the general purposes of the Colony.

Passed April 5th, 1922.

SECTION
1.-Governor in Council may raise

loan of $6,000,000.
2.-Application of loan.
3.- General powers of Governor in

Council as to management
loan.

4.–Stock may be available for sink-

ing fund under 58 Vic., c. 13.
5.—Exemption of stock from
