DETROIT: THE RICHMOND & BACKUS Co. 1901 AN ACT To amend Sections one, two and thirteen of Chapter two, and Sections one and twenty-five of Chapter four of an Act entitied "An Act to provide a charter for the city of Detroit, and to repeal all acts and parts of acts in conflict therewith,' approved June seventh, eighteen hundred eighty-three. The People of the State of Michigan enact: Section 1. That sections one, two and thirteen of chapter two, and sections one and twenty-five of chapter four of an act entitled "An act to provide a charter for the city of Detroit and to repeal all acts and parts of acts in conflict therewith," approved June seventh, eighteen hundred eighty-three, as heretofore amended be and the same are hereby amended so as to read as follows: CHAPTER II.
