He the said. A. B. doth hereby for himself, his executors, administrators, and assigns, agree to, and with the said C. D. E. F. and G. H. their executors, administrators, and assigns, to renounce all future claims on the funds of the said Society, or on the Committee, Stewards, or Treasurer, thereof for the time being, on account of his having been a member of the said Society; and doth hereby agree to exclude himself, and his representatives, from all future benefit from the box and funds of the said Society, which he or they might otherwise have claimed on account of sickness, or on any other account whatever; and in particular all benefit which his executors, administrators, nominees, or other persons might have received for his funeral, or otherwise after his decease, in case these presents had not been made. AND the said A. B. doth hereby also agree that neither he in his lifetime, or his executors, administrators, nominees, or any other person or persons, after his decease, shall claim any thing from the box or funds of the aid Society, or from the stewards, committee, or Treasurer, or any other member or members thereof for the time being, on his account. AND the said A. B. doth hereby further for himself, his executors, administrators, and assigns, agree that he and they shall and will, at any time hereafter, when called upon for that purpose, execute any such further instrument or deed, as may be found necessary for the more completely exonerating the said Society from áll such claims as aforesaid. AND for the true performance of this agreement, on the part of the said A. B. his execu tors, administrators, and assigns, he doth hereby bind himself, his executors, and administrators, in the sum of fifty pounds, of lawful money, aforesaid, to be recovered by an action of debt in any of his Majesty's courts of law, at Westminster. In witness whereof the said A. B. hath Tereunto set his hand, the day and year first above written.

B. shall direct, or the company shall perform: and in every respect subject himself to the regular and established rules of the said theatre; and generally to render his best services to the said A. B. and to aid the interest and reputation of the said theatre, and of the said A. B. as manager thereof. And for the due and faithful performance of all, and every the foregoing stipulations and agreements, the said A. B. and C. D. hereby mutually agree, and bind themselves to each other in the penalty of pounds, of lawful money, of Great Britain, to be paid by the party failing, to the party performing, or offering to perform, his aforesaid engagements; and to be recovered by an action of debt, as liquidated damages in any of his Majesty's courts, where the same is cognisable. In witness whereof, the said parties to these presents, have hereunto interchangeably set their hands, at London, the day and year first above written.

AGREEMENT for the sale of a Milk Walk.

IT IS AGREED this year of our Lord 18 between A. B. of, &c. Milkman, of the one part, and C. D. of, &c. Milkman of the other part, as follows: THE said A. B. for, and in consideration of the sum of £of lawful money,

of the united kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, current in Great Britain, to him in hand, at or before his signing hereof, well and truly paid by the said C. D. the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged; doth hereby agree to sell, and absolute dispose of, and doth accordingly sell, and absolutely dispose of, to the said C. D. his executors, administrators, and assigns, for ever, ALL that milk walk, or business of selling milk, in and along, and

to the inhabitants of the house's in the squares, streets, and avenues following: that is to say, [here specify the particular walk that is intended to be sold] as the same is now or has lately been walked by the said A. B. and his wife, and each or either of them, or their servants or agents, and all the custom arising therefrom, and all benefit, profit, and advantage, to be made thereof, now or at any time hereafter, in as full, ample, and beneficial, a manner, as he the said A. B. and his wife, or their representatives for the time being could have had and enjoyed the same if this agreement had not been made. AND the said A. B. doth hereby further agree, that he will use his best endeavours to put the said C. D. his executors, administrators, or assigns, into complete possession and enjoyment of his said milk walk; and that he will for that purpose, if required, go round with him or them to all his customers in the said walk, and inform them that he has sold the same to the said C. D. and request them to give their custom to him. AND FURTHER, the said A. B. doth hereby expressly promise and agree, that neither he or his wife, or any person or persons, for, or on his or her account, shall go the said walk, either on foot or otherwise, for the purpose of selling milk to the inhabitants of the houses or apartments in the said squares, streets, or avenues, or any of them, or within a mile thereof respectively. AND that as far as in him lies, he will prevent every person whatsoever, except the said C. D. and his representatives, or his or their servants or agents, from so doing. AND FURTHER, that he the said A. B. his execu tors, and administrators, will and shall at any time hereafter, when required do any further act and sign, and execute any other instrument, or deed that may be found requisite, to assign or secure to the said C. D. his executors, administrators, or assigns, the said milk walk, or business

of a milk seller, within the district aforesaid, hereby agreed to be, and so actually sold to him and them, as aforesaid. AND LASTLY, for the true performance of this agreement, on the part of the said A. B. his executors and administra tors, he doth hereby bind himself, his executors, and administrators, to the said C. D. his executors, administrators, and assigns, in the full sum of £ of lawful money aforesaid, to be recovered by an action of debt, in any of his Majesty's courts, at Westminster; as witness the hands of the parties the day and year above written.
