THE minutes of the last ordinary meeting were read and confirmed.

W. J. JEAFFRESON, Esq., M.A., of Clifton Gardens, Folkestone, was elected a Member. H. H. HOWORTH, Esq., M.A., was elected a Local Secretary for South Lancashire.
