Continuation of the relion 1793— Mefage from his Majesty

respecting a war with France---address to his Majesty thereon-convention bill-speech of Mr. Grattan on the reading of that billhis motion-debates thereon-motion negatived further proceedings and debates on said bill-Speeches of the Attorney General Mr. Curran-Major Doyle-Mr. Geo. Ponsonby &c.--Bill posed-particular bills which received the royal asent-Lord Lieutenant's Speech at the conclusión of the feffion-prorogation of parliament.

UN the 16th of February, 1793, Mr. Secretary Hobart delivered the following message to the house from the Lord Lieutenant.

. I have his Majesty's commands to acquaint the House of Commons, that the affembly now exercising the powers of government in France have, without previous notice, directed acts of hoftility to be committed against the persons and property of his Majesty's subjects, in breach of the Vol. III.
