(a) Colonel Murray commanded the centre division of the Brigade, and was engaged at the storming and capture of the stockades of Sagjee on the 1st June 1853. Commanded the British Troops on an expedition up the Kiver Gambit in February 1861, which stormed and destroyed tne stockaded Mandingo Towns of Swarracunda, Carawan, Kinty, Cunda, and Saba, and compelled the King of Baddeboo to make peace. (b) Colonel Dowell served in the Sonthal Campaign in 1855. Also in the Indian Mutiny Campaign in 1857-58, including the captures of Lucknow and Bareilly, battles of Sundeela and Jamoo, and capture of Burwah; mentioned in despatches (Medal with Clasp and Brevet of Major.) (e) Captain Mulloy served in the New Zealand war in 1861, including the action of Kakaramea. (Medal) (d) Mr Robertson served in the Crimea, including the siege and fall of Sebastopol. do. E.
