Page 4 - Act repealed thereby it shall be lawful for such person to apply to the Supreme Court upon affidavit for a rule calling upon the Chief Inspector to show cause why such Determination should not be quashed either wholly or in part for the illegality thereof; and the said Court may make the said rule absolute or discharge it with or without costs as to the Court shall seem meet.
