[By Sect. 56, an Enfranchisement by Twelve or more Tenants may be effected without a formal Agreement, by a Schedule of Apportionment such as is hereunder given.]

We, whose hands and seals are hereunto subscribed and attached, being the commissioners acting in the execution of the powers given under the above Act, do order the several sums above specified to be paid by the respective persons against whose names the same are inserted in the above Schedule of Apportionment. And we do direct that the several sums therein mentioned as payments to the lord shall be paid to And we do direct that the several sums therein mentioned as payments to the steward shall be paid to of, &c., his executors or administrators, or to such person as he or they shall from time to time under his or their hand or hands appoint. And we direct that the sums therein mentioned as valuer's costs shall be paid to of, &c., or to such other person as and the valuers or the survivor, his executors or administrators, shall from time to time under their or his hands appoint.
