JOINT RESOLUTION FOR THE RELIEF OF THE ESTATE OF HIS LATE MAJESTY KAMEHAMEHA III. BE IT ENACTED by the King, the Nobles and Representatives of the Hawaiian Islands in Legislative Council assembled: The Minister of Finance is hereby authorized to settle the notes and accounts of His late Majesty with the Hawaiian Treasury, together with all claims and offsets of His late Majesty against said treasury, and remit the balance due from His late Majesty's estate, to the Executors of the same. BE IT ENACTED by the King, the Nobles and Representatives of the Hawaiian Islands, in Legislative Council assembled: That until the passage of the General Appropriation Bill, the Minister of Finance is authorized to pay all drafts drawn on him by the Minister of the Interior for the necessary expenses of the Fort of Honolulu, not exceeding the sum of Fifteen Hundred dollars.
