CHAPTER 56. An Act to amend The Supplementary Revenue Act. (Assented to April 2, 1927.) HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Alberta, enacts as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as "The Supplementary Rev- Short title enue Act Amendment Act, 1927." amended 2. The Supplementary Revenue Act, being chapter 40 Section 4 of the Revised Statutes of Alberta, 1922, is amended as to section 4 thereof, by striking out the words "Government of Canada," and substituting therefor the words "Government of Canada or the Government of the Province." amended 3. Section 6 of the said Act is amended by striking out Section 6 the words "Government of Canada," wherever the same occur therein, and substituting therefor the words "Government of Canada or the Government of the Province." 4. Section 10 of the said Act is amended as to subsection Section 10 (1) thereof, by striking out the words "Government of Can- amended ada" and substituting therefor the words "Government of Canada or the Government of the Province." 5. Section 16 of the said Act is amended as to subsection Section 16 (1) thereof, by striking out the words "Government of Can-amended ada" where they occur in paragraph (b) thereof, and substituting therefor the words "Government of Canada, or the Government of the Province." 6. This Act shall come into force on the day upon which Coming into it is assented to. force of Act CHAPTER 57. An Act to amend The Wild Lands Tax Act. (Assented to April 2, 1927.) HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Alberta, enacts as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as "The Wild Lands Tax Act Short title Amendment Act, 1927." amended 2. The Wild Lands Tax Act, being chapter 31 of the Section 4 Revised Statutes of Alberta, 1922, is amended as to subsection (2) of section 4, by striking out of the proviso thereto the words "one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven" and substituting therefor the words "one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight." force of Act 3. This Act shall come into force on the day upon which Coming into it is assented to. CHAPTER 58. An Act to amend The Educational Tax Act. (Assented to April 2, 1927.) HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Alberta, enacts as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as "The Educational Tax Act Short title Amendment Act, 1927." amended 2. The Educational Tax Act, being chapter 30 of the Section 3 Revised Statutes of Alberta, 1922, is amended as to subsection (1) of section 3, by striking out the words "Government of Canada" where they occur in paragraph (c), and substituting therefor the words "Government of Canada or the Government of the Province." amended 3. Section 4 of the said Act is amended by striking out Section 4 the words "Government of Canada" where the same occur in paragraph (a) thereof, and substituting therefor the words "Government of Canada, or the Government of the Province." amended 4. Section 10 of the said Act is amended as to subsection Section 10 (2) thereof, by striking out the words "Government of Canada," and substituting therefor the words "Government of Canada, or the Government of the Province." amended 5. Section 12 of the said Act is amended by striking out Section 12 the words "Government of Canada" and substituting therefor the words "Government of Canada, or the Government of the Province." 6.
