CHAPTER 13. An Act to amend The Agricultural Societies Act. (Assented to April 2, 1927.) HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Alberta, enacts as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as "The Agricultural Societies Short title Act Amendment Act, 1927." amended 2. The Agricultural Societies Act, being chapter 158 of Section 5 the Revised Statutes of Alberta, 1922, is amended as to section 5, subsection (2), by striking out the word "fifteen" and inserting in lieu thereof the word "twenty-five." 3. Section 33 of the said Act is amended (a) as to paragraph (g) thereof, by inserting after the words "agricultural society" the words "or association of individuals": (b) as to paragraph (h) thereof, by inserting after the words "agricultural society" the words "or association of individuals." Section 33 amended 4. This Act shall come into force on the day upon which Coming into it is assented to. force of Act CHAPTER 14. An Act to amend The Alberta Co-operative Wheat HIS (Assented to April 2, 1927.) IS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Alberta, enacts as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as "The Alberta Co-operative short title Wheat Producers, Limited, Act Amendment Act, 1927." amended 2. The Alberta Co-operative Wheat Producers, Limited, Section 2 Act, being chapter 7 of the Statutes of Alberta, 1924, is amended as to section 2 thereof by striking out the words "The Alberta Co-operative Wheat Producers, Limited," and substituting therefor the words "Alberta Co-operative Wheat Producers, Limited." 3.
