authority whatsoever in us vested in that behalf, we have ordered and declared, and do hereby proclaim, that on, from and after the first day of April, A.D. 1914, the Act above mentioned shall come into force and take effect.

Under "The Liquor License Act."

REDUCING THE HOURS OF SALE.

Dated December 2, 1914.

That the chief license inspector of the Province is directed to request, by registered letter, all license holders in this Province, from and after Thursday, the tenth day of December instant, to observe the following closing hours for the sale of liquor under their respective licenses: Hotels and social clubs, seven o'clock in the evening; wholesale liquor stores and breweries, six o'clock in the evening; and further that the chief license inspector shall be instructed to ask for a written reply from each license holder to such request, and that he report to the AttorneyGeneral the nature of replies received to the same, and also from time time as to the manner in which his request is being observed upon the part of all licensees.

Under "The Real Property Act."

TO BRING CERTAIN LAND UNDER THE ACT.

Dated December 18, 1914.

That the following described land, which is owned by His Majesty the King in the right of the Province of Manitoba, be brought under "The Real Property Act," and that proper application be made to the district registrar of the Boissevain Land Registration District to bring said land under "The Real Property Act," all and singular that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying and being in the townsite of Napinka and Province of Manitoba, composed of part of lot six, in block seven, described as follows, commencing at the southeasterly corner of said lot, thence northerly along the westerly limit of lane fifty feet, thence westerly along the northerly limit of said lot six twenty-five feet, thence southerly parallel with the easterly limit of said lot fifty feet, thence easterly along the southerly limit of said lot twenty-five feet to the place of beginning, according to a plan of subdivision of part of section nineteen, township four, range twenty-five west of the principal meridian, registered in the registry office for the County of Souris River as No. 12.
