CHAPTER 59.

An Act to amend "The Real Property Act."

[Assented to April 1st, 1915.]

IS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as

follows:

2. Section 142 of the said Act is hereby further amended section 142 by adding thereto the following sub-section :

(1) Whereas by caveat dated the thirty-first day of Discharge of July, A.D. 1902, as number 11360, and by an agreement to the said caveat attached, certain building restrictions were placed, among other lands and premises, upon the lands and premises hereinafter described; and whereas the said lands hereinafter described were included in the said caveat number 11360, and the agreement attached thereto, in error; and whereas it is expedient and desirable that the said building restrictions be removed from the said lands and premises hereinafter described, now therefore be it enacted that the building restrictions created by, or arising out of said caveat number 11360, and the agreement attached thereto, shall be and are hereby rescinded, cancelled and made of no effect in so far as the following lands and premises are concerned, namely, in the Province of Manitoba, and being composed of lot thirty-two, block D, as said lot is shown on a plan of survey of part of lots seventeen to nineteen of the Parish of St. Boniface, according to the

Dominion Government survey thereof, registered in the Winnipeg Land Titles Office as plan number 680, and the said land shall be effectually removed and released from the said building restrictions as if the said caveat number 11360, and the agreement thereto attached, had never been entered into or registered; and the district registrar of the Land Titles District of Winnipeg is hereby expressly ordered and authorized to discharge said caveat number 11360 in so far as the above described lands and premises are concerned.

3. This Act shall come into force on the day it is assented to.

CHAPTER 60.

An Act to amend "The Real Property Act."

2. This Act shall come into force on the day it is. assented to.

CHAPTER 61.

An Act to Correct certain Typographical and other Errors in the Revised Statutes of Manitoba, 1913.

IS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as

follows:

1. The Revised Statutes of Manitoba, 1913, are hereby R.S.M. 1913 amended as follows:

(1) Chapter 46, being "The King's Bench Act," by substituting "civil" for "civic" in section 35, and by substituting "43" for "42" as the number of the section immediately preceding section 44, and by striking out the first line of the said section immediately preceding section 44 and substituting in place of said line so struck out the following, "The judges of the court shall in rotation or otherwise as they."

(2) Chapter 92, being "The Illegitimate Children's Act," by striking out of section 17 the following words in lines five and six, "in this section mentioned and to be applied as in this section mentioned," and substituting in place of the words so struck out the following words, "in the next preceding section mentioned and to be applied as in said next preceding section mentioned."

(3) Chapter 98, being "The Manitoba Insurance Act," by substituting "(b)" for "(c)" in the third line of paragraph (h) of section 1.

(4) Chapter 117, being "The Liquor License Act," by striking out of section 250 the following words where they occur in lines fourteen, fifteen, sixteen and seventeen of said. section, "and that the further consideration of the proposed by-law after taking the said vote is fixed for the time and place appointed therefor by the council, naming such time and place."

2. This Act shall be construed to have been in force since the second day of February, A.D. 1914.
