A PROCLAMATION.

To all to whom these presents shall come-GREETING.

THEREAS, by section 30 of chapter 69 of 10 Edward VII, intituled "An Act respecting the Incorporation and Licensing of Steam Stationary Engineers in the Province of Manitoba," it is provided that the said Act shall come into force on the proclamation of the Lieutenant-Governor-in-Council;

And whereas it is deemed expedient to bring into force the provisions contained in said Act,

Now know ye that, by and with the advice and consent of our Executive Council of our Province of Manitoba, by virtue of the provisions of the said Act herein above referred to, and of all other power and authority whatsoever in us vested in that behalf, we have ordered and declared, and do hereby proclaim, that on, from and after the first day of April, A.D. 1911, the above-mentioned Act shall come into force

and take effect.

In testimony whereof we have caused these our letters to be made patent, and the great seal of our Province of Manitoba to be hereunto affixed. Witness, His Honour SIR DANIEL HUNTER MCMILLAN, Knight Commander of our most distinguished Order of Saint Michael
