105, JERMYN STREET, ST. JAMES'S.

JOHN COLAM, SECRETARY.

Annual Subscriptions are applied for by printed circular in the months appointed by Subscribers for their payments to be made. Upon Members requesting their Subscriptions to be collected, the Messenger will call by appointment, when an acknowledgment will be given for the amount. To prevent mistakes, changes of residence should be noted to the Secretary; and the decease of Life and other Members should also be reported.

Members who desire applications for subscriptions to be made at their Bankers are requested to sign the order at the end of this Report, and forward the same to the Secretary, if they have not already done this (the order need not be repeated every year). This process is recommended by the Finance Committee, as it saves trouble to members in remitting payments, and expense to the Society in collecting them.

A Donation of Ten Guineas, or upwards, constitutes a Life Member. A Subscription of not less than Half-aGuinea per annum constitutes a Member. It is desirable, however, that the Annual Subscription be not less than One Guinea when convenient.

THE SECRETARY respectfully invites Members to put him in possession of extracts from London, Provincial, and Foreign Newspapers, or refer him to periodical literature and books bearing on the objects of this Society.
