THE Third Edition of The "Law of Waters: Sea, Tidal, and Inland" was published in 1910. Since its publication various Acts of Parliament-amongst the most important of which is the Salmon, and Freshwater Fisheries Act, 1923-have been passed; and many important cases relating to the subject-matter of the work have been decided in the Courts. In the present edition several of the chapters have been considerably revised, and a chapter on Land Drainage has been added.
