For every license to keep and use still for distillation of spirits
For every license to keep and use still for medical, chemical assay,
photographic or scientific purposes, or for distilling perfumes,
or for the manufacture of pyroligneous acid, naphtha, or other
manufacture where a still is necessary and in which no spirits
are made

For every license to keep and use a still for distillation of brandy
from grapes for the purpose of fortifying wines
For every license to keep and use a still for the distillation of brandy
from grapes for sale or exportation
