IS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as the "Police and Prisons Regulation Short title. Act Amendment Act, 1909." 2. Section 3 of chapter 22 of the Statutes of 1903-04, being the Amends s. 3. "Police and Prisons Regulation Act," is hereby amended by adding "(2.) The Lieutenant-Governor in Council may from time to time Inspector of Police. appoint a fit and proper person to be Inspector of Police within the Province. Such Inspector shall perform the duties from time to time assigned to him by the Superintendent of Police, and while he holds said office shall have all the powers of a Provincial Constable."
