THE LONDON TRAFFIC (PRESCRIBED ROUTES) (No. 13) REGULATIONS, 1934, DATED MAY 11, 1934, MADE BY THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT UNDER THE LONDON TRAFFIC ACT, 1924 (14 & 15 GEO. 5. c. 34).

The Minister of Transport in exercise of the powers conferred upon him under and by virtue of Section 10 of the London Traffic Act, 1924, without prejudice to any further exercise of the said powers, hereby makes the following Regulations :

1. Every vehicle entering the street specified in column 1 of the Schedule to these Regulations shall, between the point of its entry therein and the point of its departure therefrom, follow the route or direction prescribed in column 2 of the said Schedule.

2. Any person who being in charge of any vehicle shall, except by the express direction or permission of a police constable, cause that vehicle to proceed in contravention of these Regulations shall be liable on summary conviction in the case of a first offence to a fine not exceeding £5, or in the case of a second or subsequent offence to a fine not exceeding £10.

3. These Regulations may be cited as "The London Traffic (Prescribed Routes) (No. 13) Regulations, 1934," and shall come into force on the 21st day of May, 1934.

4. The Interpretation Act, 1889, (a) applies for the purpose of the interpretation of these Regulations as it applies for the purpose of the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.
