AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION.
Section 1 of the
House Amendment to House Bill No. 217.
Strike out all of the bill after the word "state" in the third Amendment to line of Section 1 of the bill and insert in lieu thereof the following: Bill.
“First, That all of Section 3 of Article 9 of the Constitution of this State after the word 'Corporation, where it occurs the second time in Section 3, be stricken out.” Section 2. That Section 6 of said Article 9 be stricken out amendment to
2nd Paragriph and in lieu thereof substitute and adopt the following, viz.: of Section 1 of
