Section 286 of The Saskatchewan Election Act, as amended Section 286 by section 22 of chapter 35 of the Acts of 1909, is hereby repealed and the following substituted therefor: "286. Until otherwise provided by the Lieutenant Governor Suspension of provisions in Council the operation of sections 15 to 87 both inclusive and 287 to 345 both inclusive of this Act is suspended, and with respect to any election which is held during the said period of suspension the provisions of sections 269 to 285 of this Act shall apply."
