Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred (500) dollars, or by imprisonment in the County Jail of the City and County of San Francisco for a period not to exceed six (6) months, or by both fine and imprisonment.
