An Act to authorize the Inclosure of certain Lands, in pursuance of the Second Report of the Inclosure Commissioners for England and Wales.

WHEREAS the Inclosure Commissioners for England and Wales have, in pursuance of an Act passed in the Ninth Year of the Reign of Her present Majesty, intituled

'An Act to facilitate the Inclosure and Improvement of Commons 8 & 9 Vict. and Lands held in common, the Exchange of Lands, and the c. 118. 'Division of intermixed Lands; to provide Remedies for defective or incomplete Executions, and for the Non-execution of the Powers of general and local Inclosure Acts; and to provide for the Revival of such Powers in certain Cases, issued Provisional Orders for and concerning the several proposed Inclosures mentioned in the Schedule to this Act, and have, in the annual 'General Report of their Proceedings, certified their Opinion 'that such Inclosures would be expedient; but the same cannot

An Act for enabling the Commissioners of Public
Works in Ireland to purchase Land for Prisons in
Ireland.

WHEREAS it is expedient that a new Prison should be

established in or near Dublin, for the Custody of convicted criminal Offenders, and it may become necessary to • establish similar Prisons in other Parts of Ireland:' Be it enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by

IV.
