No. 279 Whereas by section 11 of the Public Libraries (Ireland) Act, 1894, it is provided that the Local Government Board for Ireland may make rules for carrying into effect the objects of the Act: And whereas we, the Local Government Board for Ireland, deem it expedient to make rules for the purpose aforesaid: Now, therefore, we, the Local Government Board for Ireland, do hereby order and prescribe as follows: Interpretation of Terms. 1.
