5. Said Chapter 75 is hereby further amended by adding thereto the following section:

CHAPTER 18

An Act to amend "The Manitoba Insurance Act."

ER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Manitobų, enacts as follows::

1. Paragraph (b) of section 25 of Chapter 13 of 57 Victoria, being "The Manitoba Insurance Act," as amended by section 1 of Chapter 10 of 60 Victoria, is hereby further amended by striking out the words "duplicate original" in the seventh line of the amending clause in section 1 of said amending Act and inserting instead thereof the word "copy," and by inserting the words "duly certified by a Notary Public to be a true copy" after the word "document" in the eighth line of said clause.

2. Paragraph 2 of section 3 of said amending Act is hereby amended by striking out the word "refunds in the third line thereof and inserting therefor the words "abatement of the fees payable."

CHAPTER 19.

An Act to amend "The Manitoba Insurance Act."

CHAPTER 20.

An Act further to amend "The Law Society Act."

ER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

1. Section 57 of Chapter 83 of the Revised Statutes of Manitoba as amended, is further amended by adding thereto the following paragraph :

(i) Any person who produces evidence of having been called to the bar of Her Majesty's Courts of the Province of Manitoba and who has practised as such therein for a period of twelve years, and is in good standing as a barrister, without xamination.

2. This Act shall come into force on the day it is assented to.

CHAPTER 21.

An Act to amend an Act respecting the Legislature of Manitoba.

ER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

1. Section 33 of Chapter 84 of the Revised Statutes of Members Manitoba, being "The Legislative Assembly Act," as amended reduced to by section 1 of Chapter 24 of the Statutes passed in the sixty- $100.00. first year of Her Majesty's reign, is hereby further amended by striking out the word "five" in the third line of the said section as so amended and substituting therefor the word "four."
