Paragraph 2 of section 3 of said amending Act is hereby amended by striking out the word "refunds in the third line thereof and inserting therefor the words "abatement of the fees payable." to. 3. Section 57 of Chapter 83 of the Revised Statutes of Manitoba as amended, is further amended by adding thereto the following paragraph : (i) Any person who produces evidence of having been called to the bar of Her Majesty's Courts of the Province of Manitoba and who has practised as such therein for a period of twelve years, and is in good standing as a barrister, without xamination. 2.
