AN ACT to apply out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and from Moneys to Credit of the General Loan Fund the sum of One Million Pounds to the Service of the Year ending 30th June, 1903.

WE. Your

E, Your Majesty's Most Dutiful and Loyal Subjects, the Members of the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in Parliament assembled, towards making good the Supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in this Session of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the Sum hereinafter mentioned; and do, therefore, most humbly beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted: And be it enacted by the King's Most Fxcellent Majesty, by and with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1. THERE shall and may be issued and applied for or towards making good the supply granted to His Majesty for the Service of the year from 1st July, 1902, to 30th June, 1903, the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pounds out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, and Five Hundred Thousand Pounds from moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund; and the Treasurer of Western Australia is hereby authorised and empowered to issue and apply the moneys authorised to be issued and applied.

2. THE said sums shall be available to satisfy the warrants purposes voted by under the hand of the Governor, under the provisions of the law now in force, in respect of any Services voted by the Legislative Assembly during the financial year ending 30th June, 1903.

AN ACT to amend the Explosives Act, 1895.

E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1. THIS Act may be cited as the Explosives Act Amendment Act, 1902, and shall be read as one with the Explosives Act, .895, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2. THE Governor may from time to time appoint and remove sub-inspectors of explosives, and may assign to them their duties.

A notification of every such appointment and removal shall be published in the Government Gazette.

3.

Short title.

Government may appoint subinspectors.
